01. Absolute No-Refund Policy (0% Refund)

AlphaRam AI strictly enforces an absolute, 100% NO REFUND POLICY on all purchases and subscription plans. Once a payment is completed, no refunds (not even 1%, partial, or prorated refunds) will be issued under any circumstances.

02.Digital Compute & Resource Allocation Rationale

Our strict no-refund policy is necessary due to the continuous, unrecoverable operational costs associated with our digital infrastructure:

• Instant Token & GPU Provisioning: The exact millisecond your payment succeeds, dedicated high-performance GPU compute clusters, real-time AI reasoning token quotas, and vector database indices are permanently allocated to your account.
• Non-Recoverable Server Costs: Third-party LLM inference APIs, cloud compute clusters, and payment processing gateway fees are non-refundable and incurred in real time on our servers.
• Anti-Abuse Protection: This policy prevents malicious abuse where users activate a subscription, consume high-cost compute, homework processing, or deep research tokens, and subsequently attempt to claim a refund at zero financial expense to themselves.

03. 1-Click Subscription Cancellation

While past or active billing cycles cannot be refunded, you have complete control over future renewals:

• Cancel Anytime:You can cancel your subscription with 1-click in your Account & Billing Settings at any time. There are zero cancellation fees or penalties.
• Retain Full Period Access: Upon cancellation, your paid plan benefits remain fully accessible until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier with no future charges.

04.Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback after accessing the platform violates our Terms of Service. In such cases, the user account and associated student profiles will be immediately and permanently banned, and server telemetry logs will be submitted to the payment gateway and financial institutions.
