AlphaRam AI is an AI-powered educational tutor designed to help students master academic concepts through progressive hints, Socratic questioning, interactive diagrams, and curriculum-aligned practice. AlphaRam AI is an educational study aid and is not intended to replace formal school attendance, teachers, or accredited educational institutions.
3. User Accounts & Security
When creating an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use
We take academic honesty seriously. By using the platform, you agree:
- No Cheating: You will not use AlphaRam AI to complete live proctored exams, tests, or assessments where outside assistance is prohibited.
- No Plagiarism: AI-generated explanations are intended for understanding, not for direct copying into assignments without attribution.
- No Harmful Content: You will not input or generate unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
- No Reverse Engineering: You will not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit platform infrastructure or APIs.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Strict No-Refund Policy
AlphaRam AI offers free and paid subscription plans (Monthly and Annual). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring cycle:
- No-Refund Policy on Digital Compute: Because AI compute and token quotas are provisioned immediately upon activation, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. In rare, approved exceptional dispute cases, refunds are capped at a maximum of 10% to cover unrecoverable GPU compute, LLM API costs, and payment processing fees. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will retain full access until the end of your prepaid period, with zero cancellation fees.
6. AI Output & Educational Disclaimers
AlphaRam AI utilizes state-of-the-art machine learning models to generate educational responses. While we strive for extreme precision across curriculum boards, AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. Users should independently verify critical academic facts with standard textbooks and teachers.
7. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, user interfaces, branding, graphics, logos, and software belong exclusively to AlphaRam AI. You retain ownership of your original study notes and questions submitted to the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaRam AI and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.
